Service and Website Disclaimer

What the Site Does

This website markets water damage cleanup services associated with leaking water heaters. Calls may be referred to independent local service providers. The website operator does not itself perform restoration work.

The service provider that accepts a job is responsible for assessing the property, describing the work and performing the service.

Separate Heater Work

A plumber or qualified appliance professional handles the water heater and its plumbing. Restoration providers address escaped water and affected building materials.

No Outcome Promise

Descriptions of equipment, processes and typical costs are general information. Conditions at the property determine the actual scope, timing and charge. No specific result or arrival time is promised.

Insurance Decisions

An insurer decides coverage under the policy. Records from a restoration job may support a claim, but they do not establish coverage or payment.
